The fine chocolate industry is one of the fastest growing culinary categories in North America.

We honored ten outstanding chocolate artisans and Hall of Fame inductee Jacques Torres at our inaugural Top Ten Chocolatiers in North American event at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in NYC.

More than 300 industry and media guests indulged in a cornucopia of chocolate creations crafted by the evening's honorees.

The event was sponsored by Cacao Barry and Kerekes/BakeDeco.




James Beard Food & Wine Festival

Chef Joseph Burnett and the Osprey Tavern team welcome you to their Friends of James Beard Benefit.

In Baldwin Park as we celebrate the Orlando culinary scene. Beard in Baldwin will aim to highlight Florida's most talented chefs and restaurants in Baldwin Park. Pastry Chef Kristy Carlucci will be partnering with Hichem Lahreche of Criollo Chocolatier in Orlando to create a unique dessert experience. Chef Joseph Burnett and the Osprey Tavern team welcome you to their Friends of James Beard Benefit, where together, with your help, we hope to raise more than $10,000 to benefit The James Beard Foundation National Scholarship Program.
